Tallow is rendered and purified beef fat from grass fed cows. It is very similar to our bodies skin complexion. It is loaded with healing properties, vitamins and minerals. It is known to soothe irritated, dry skin. Reduces inflammation and stimulates blood flow to the skin. The benefits are endless!

Why does my product look/feel different than my previous order?

Each product is handmade therefore, the consistency, aroma and color may vary depending on each batch. We guarantee that the benefits stay the same, and you will get the best out of your product.

How do I store Tallow moisturizer?

Tallow is temperature sensitive. It should be stored in a cool dry place, between 50-70°F (10-21°C).There is a possibility that the tallow can change its consistency but we assure you that the quality of our ingredients don’t change! If tallow does arrived melted, place it in the fridge to solidify.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can only use one promo code at checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we are required by law to collect state sales tax.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept CODs, personal checks, money orders, layaway, or credit cards with billing address outside the United States.

Why was my order canceled?

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Your item(s) may not be available, or there may be an issue in processing your shipping, billing or payment information. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items, however please allow several business days for the refund to process. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us.

What is your return policy?

At Embraśe, we are committed to making products that are proven to work and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Although we do not offer returns, we do want to make things right. Please email help@embraseskin.com so we can help resolve any issues you have.

We are only able to assist with orders placed on EmbraseSkin.com. We do not accept returns from APO/FPO addresses.
